Quick sketch with mechanical pencil of a Dragonair using Hyper Beam. I made a cut-out Dragonair in color, but misplaced my scissors, so won't be submitting that in time for the contest. Ho wells. Also got an Arcanine to draw! And a few art trades with my sister and friend. What a world, what a world...
